  2. Give me a break… Most everybody out there is underpaid. Go work on a framing crew. Have fun walking along 2x4 wall tops 30 feet in the air for minimum wage’ish. Nurses start at about $80K where I am, and it wasn’t that long ago that we had too many of them and so many couldn’t find full time work. Now, due to mysterious unknown causes that just happen to follow on the heels of certain mandates, we have a shortage. Doesn’t sound wage related to me…

  3.  @prancer1803  I’m talking $CDN. Pretty sure 35K pounds is a bit more than $42K CDN. That is also the STARTING income w/o overtime and not including perks/benefits. Most ppl are happy to start on a contract basis for about $50K/year w no benefits in the private sector lately, at least where I am.
