If it’s so unacceptable, then go fight.

@twilight444m5 They do. One prob w Canada’s ‘right’ is that it refuses to accept that most of Canada doesn’t agree w them. Separation is their only real option, and given the political geography of Canada It doesn’t seem that unreasonable to me.

@murrayflewelling1258 Can’t stand either the NDP or Libs, but I don’t see how the right thinks this in undemocratic. I guess that kinda depends on what the lib and ndp voters want, and I doubt most are opposed to this. Bad direction imo, but nothing wrong w the parties formalizing what we all already knew existed.

@notlessgrossman163 It does tho, and that’s partly why lobbyists exist. If gov wasn’t able to pick winners and losers, then lobbyists wouldn’t be lobbying for them to do so.

@batmansdad3195 “Even if you have to commute” Seen gas prices recently?
1
@batmansdad3195 Then you know that the rising costs can easily offset the savings on buying/renting farther away. Then there’s the additional insurance on the commuter car, and the whole purchase of the commuter car. Not as simple as you make it sound, especially w how these adjustments are to be made on the fly. tho I do see your point tho.

@batmansdad3195 Cool. $9,000 isn’t a small amount of money for a lot of ppl, nor is the additional $100-$200 a month for insurance. ‘Commuter’ cars also aren’t great for the roads here a lot of the time.

@emlkl1779 You should probably support separation since you hate AB, hey? So much AB hate, yet so little support for AB separation. It’s strange.
1
@GreyWhiteBlue Nobody EVER answers me on it either. If I hated a province as much as so many clearly hate AB, I’d definitely support their separation in order to get their influence out of our elections.
