  2. China is also importing oil from Saudi Arabia, uae, Iran and iraq. Also, Russia (around 25 -30%) is still selling oil to China at a discount. Heres the thing 2-3 opec+ members are now in BRICS which allows china to buy oil from others. Didn't opec state that the group will pump less oil, good luck in winter I guess
