But here. https://youtu.be/gNZ1ADU3myE?feature=shared Russian state media claimed they would capture Kyiv in 3 days as well as many other “experts”. And yes you’re right. They expected to walk in as liberators with no fighting. Hell, their vehicles even went in with parade paint and police officers went with them. But the VDV only had enough supplies for about a day of fighting.

@fredbecker607 - Yeah that’s not true. All over Russian state media it was said to have been a 3 day capture of Kyiv. Its not “on schedule”
