Ukraine literally cannot lose an attrition war with Russia. Russia has every reason to give up. Ukraine does not. Ukraine will go on for years.

@Stein871 - You mean your declining population that consists of mostly old people? Yeah okay. You guys dont even have 150 million people. Russia can't win. And the people won't support a war if the government just throws men into battle like cannon fodder.

@Vimptocandle - It literally hasn’t been taken and the casualty rate is 7 Russians for every 1 Ukrainian. Russia is not strong AT ALL! THEIR ASS STILL DOESN’T HAVE AIR SUPERIORITY!

@Vimptocandle - Ukraine isn't trying to retake Bakhmut. The only reason they're still there is because it's causing massive casualties to the Russians attacking them. Russia has stopped advancing on the flanks of Bakhmut and can't advance from the front anymore because Ukraine retreated across the river there and blew up the only bridges across. Russia should keep putting men into Bakhmut because the meatgrinder is hungry for more Russian Flesh.

The artillery pace actually has slowed down. Artillery shelling cut in half one day, then the next it cut in half again. They don't have enough ammo.
