  1. Cartoonish gore? The worse gore is missing limbs or blood splatters from artillery. Seems kinda normal for a war like this.

  2.  @PCgamer923  - The tanks didn't move when they fired their main gun. Also they did drive over trenches in real life. That was literally the point of them.

  4.  @petrhanke8644  - I never saw this movie as a war movie from the German perspective. More like from the Human perspective. Making the visuals as horrific and dramatic as possible was probably not only to show the brutality, but how it must have felt from the soldier's own perspective being boots on the ground here.
