  2.  @edi9892  - Russia is poor and most of their nukes are cold war era. I guarantee a lot of em won’t even launch. They are cold war era nukes that have been sitting in silos for decades, unable to be maintained due to low funding. Then the ones that do launch, chances are a bunch will be duds. This is assuming any of them land on these cities in the first place if they aren’t shot down.
