  2. It's lend lease. Basically it's "Here have some weapons but give them back at the end of the war and you have to pay for their transport" Lend Lease is basically a secret way of supplying a force without being part of the war

  9.  @briant5685  - I don't think they will run out, but that's because they will just have to stop using as much as they were in the beginning of the war. The shelling will slow down but they won't run out I think. But the industrial capability of the US is vastly superior to Russia's in every way.
