  3. You do know these tariffs wont be implemented immediately right? It will be a gradual increase. This will bring jobs back to the US and encourage more domestic production.

  4. I'd say its about 50/50. I believe you more because you are personally a Ukrainian and i'm just a dumb American, but I believe from what I saw it was semi chaotic. The initial retreat I believe was a route, but after that, once the forces reorganized near and around the city, the held off Ukrainian forces and slowly pulled out.
