  2.  @MrArtVein  - Idk if you know this but drugs tend to do the same thing to people? It would have been more likely he was on drugs than deaf. It wasn’t a possibility in the officer’s mind and I can completely understand it. Now im not justifying their behavior but I am justifying the excuse.

  3.  @TotalAnarchy27  - No its not. The excuse is valid. However the behavior and how they dealt with the situation was wrong. I can understand the mindset but not the actions.
