Here we go, your comment tells my you have no clue on what a subpoena is for? A subpoena is a request by the courts to produce a individual for testimony. (A Witness ) or it can be used to have a individual produce documents, files, etc... Usually the witness is required to appear with documents in tow.
Nothing in a subpoena prohibits the movement, storage, copying or viewing of said documents by anyone else, it's solely an order to produce person(s) or evidence to the courts when Subpoena'd.
So next time you open your mouth, make sure intelligent things come out of it, cause if you don't, you end up looking foolish.
