There's only one thing any government needs and/or requires from the People, Taxes! Ask yourself this, would there be Tyranny without Taxes? Without our Money/Taxes there would be no Tyranny, they may threaten to lock you up but at the End of the year, when Taxes are due, they don't have the means nor will to bite the the Hands that Feed Them.
