In a Macadamia Nutshell it says that the Energy/Utility company's are not only responsible for your personal losses, like homes, Cars,Artwork and personal belongings but ratepayers are also not responsible for a rise in cost rates due to the damage inflicted by the fire. Do not sell your property, there lying and this is why they illegally passed that measure before the fire! Do not sign anything, if you see your neighbors struggling, help them so they can stay in their homes. The more people who take the CARROT in front of them the harder it will be for those holding out, support each other so everyone can keep their land. You will eventually get everything back, this is identical to the Paradise Fire but your case is even more solid. Your Energy Company was warned well in advance. I repeat! Do not, not, check this out! Question, Have any Attorneys that You've spoke with downplayed your concerns or interest or flat out told you don't have a case?
