  2. I'm trying to be patient so let me get out the coloring book for you, look at it this way and reverse engineer it. I'm a governor with aspirations, oh and by the way I was, and am a young global leader of the W.E.F. and I want to fulfill the W.E.F.s agenda of the 15 minute city, how would I do that? I would make it impossible for insurance company's to insure homeowners leaving a majority of those homeowners without insurance, once that is achieved we can move in and through code, executive order and pressure on property owners, come in and exact what we want to obtain our Agenda! Stop with the Speculation! Reverse Engineer this and you'll come up with all the Damning Evidence!
