  5. Regarding Anthony Fauci. Crimes against Humanity are generally considered non-pardonable under International law and the laws of most countries. The International Court (I.C.C.) and many national legal systems do not provide for the pardon of such grave offenses. Biden's pardon of Fauci seems to extend beyond the Power of a U.S. President, so the question now, is why hasn't the U.S. government and/or the States indicted Anthony Fauci for Crimes Against Humanity? +--+7
