  4. Another thing! I think they should go back on any and all complaints brought against police. Now with all the cell phone recordings its evident this behavior is systemic throughout law enforcement. Can you imagine how prevelent this behavior was before people could openly record ? No wonder they lied to us about recording police for so many years, past complaints of police misconduct should be vogorously reexamined and brought to light if theres even a ounce of wrong doing. Imagine all the people wrongly convicted to hide their misconduct and the years of damage it brought to that individual.
