This guy doesn't know what he's talking about, either that, or he's out right lying and I suspect that's the case. He must live outside the U.S.A. because there's not a state in al 51 states that will sell you a firearm without going through all the checks and balances to get clear to own one. And for some reason I'm wrong, which I'm not, is that raise concern that you now have to ban a bunch a weapons because there is lax laws in that state. Again what I said is hypothetical because all states must adhere to these federal laws. So if you are considering the Veracity of this individual and wether or not he's trying to push his party's agenda and grab some political point with his constituents, if you say yes to this then your absolutely 100% accurate. And by the way, regardless wether a gun can fire multiple rounds or not or kill lots of people or not, that gun and others like it are by right ours to have in our possession as the Constitution and Bill of Rights state for protection against Tyranny by the government.

@captnchaos8008 you are absolutely correct, I guess it's because we send so much money their way I assumed they were a state, but it's actually good to know. At least we don't have to worry about making sure the ballot boxes aren't being filled with bogus ballots, those Democrats are corrupt to the bone.
