Why is this such a problematic issue? No one is denying medical attention / abortion if necessary. It's always been an option for the health of the mother, and yes, the baby. Who's restricting access? No one is, it's inconvenient that the state you live in is pro-life but that's a result of the voters. If you understand the responsibility's of the Supreme Court ( only hear cases that a individual or group has been deprived of their Constitutional rights ) abortion has no reference in the Constitution as being a right. The Supreme Court erred in hearing Roe vs Wade, it was always and totally the states responsibility to address this issue and that's what they'll do and I can imagine a good number of states will pave the way for legal abortion, and some won't, but that's what the (people) of that state want. End of story, get over it, because other people have their rights & choices you have to respect like. They do yours. With all the Contraceptives and support. available, it seems that what all the emotional outcry is simply because a majority of those for abortion are not very responsible and simply lack effort to think before making that step.
