If Garland won't recognize and admit that those people who stormed the department of the interior committed the same offense then how can he prosecute those involved with the Jan. 6th. Insurrection? By him not prosecuting those involved with the dept.of interior, Garland is essentially setting himself up for prosecutorial misconduct. You can't pick and choose who it is you choose to prosecute when you've been presented the facts to both alledged crimes and choose to ignore one when both share the same inherent impetus and that would be storming a government building. Regardless of the intent involved as to the act committed his decision to prosecute one over the other shows Bias and Prosecutorial misconduct and both cases should be barred from prosecution by him or the office of attorney general. And we can also use the riots of 2020 by Antifa to show further bias towards Trump and the Republican party. It goes to what we have been seeing and that's the politicizing of the Attorney General's office and the Dept. of Justice. Do they feel they can change the law when it's to their benefit? That's always the begining of a lawless society, is that what they want? It must be because that's what's happening all around this country and I can tell you this, if they go ahead with prosecuting Trump and not Antifa or any other leftist, they will have there lawless society and it's one they wished they never released.
