  2. The two hammer thing gets me, I've been in Construction my whole life and I can tell you that having a hammer available at 2:30am is possible( if I went to the junk drawer in the kitchen)to retrieve it. But for both to armed with a hammer is just ridiculous to to even entertain.

  3. Help me with this cause it just isn't making sense. Okay we have a man who breaks in who has a hammer and probably used it to break the window to gain entry. I'm guessing that Mr. Pelosi heard this and on his way to investigate retrieves a hammer from somewhere along the way, right? Then Mr. Pelosi comes upon this guy and tells the guy could you please not attack me because I need to call 911 on you? And the guy says, by all means, go ahead I'll wait. Then the guy says I'll even wait for the police get here before attacking you, okay? So there both standing there for what I imagine to be at least ten minutes from the time of the 911 call till police arrive and then once police get inside the guy starts his attack on Mr. Pelosi. I wonder what they talked about for 10 minutes? This is a set-up plain and simple.

  5. Let's don't forget when the police entered the Pelosi residence they were both holding a hammer and then this guy starts to attack Mr Pelosi inflicting numerous wounds. Now from everything I've ever witnessed the police would of shot this guy as he advanced on Mr Pelosi, yet he managed to inflict these injury's?
