  8. He may have been there but he wasn't in the president's vehicle and what he believes he saw doesn't corroborate Hutchinson's heresay. I could tell a story of how I was attacked by a bee while driving but to anyone witnessing me they wouldn't know, but if they heard someone saying, they heard from someone that said I was having a fit,, they would corroborate their story because it was a seemingly explainable to what they witnessed. In other words they had no clue as to what they heard but what they saw could fit the event they heard. But since the testimony of Hutchison was heresay they adopt that line of reasoning and believe they've corroborated it, when truly it was something completely different. In a nut shell, you can't corroborate heresay by what you only see, ones visual the other audible, so to my point, and that is heresay can only be corroborated bye someone who both saw and heard first hand what Hutchison saw and that' did not happen with this witness.

  10. There is all ways unrelated material and that has nothing to do with it. Always there's material that might, or might not, be related to the investigation but if it's reasonable that it could be, it can be seized but usually it requires the process of a warrant and another visit by those serving it. Regardless, any materials seized for the purpose of the warrant ( must ) have a identifying mark that corresponds with the mark given listed in the log book for that search. This is Chain of Custody and it can not be breached. The law states ' any break in the Chain of Custody, regardless of when or how is an automatic bar on the evidence effected by that Chain of Custody breach and can not be used in evidence against the recipient of the the Warrant. In other words, there know reason to read, take photo's, seal ect.... The only thing required is a identifying # on the seized material and that it be logged into a inventory book by the the same identification # and a signature. Your right, they didn't have to read every Document but they, by law, have to identify each and every sheet of paper involved. No log, no documents no entering that evidence against Anyone after the violation of your 4th. Amend. and your civil rights and that's the law for everybody. Good luck and Vote

As far as time is concerned, Trump and every citizen of this Country has the right to a speedy trial but that doesn't mean you exclude the defendants right to give him one. Trump hasn't done anything to slow down this investigation it's his right to exercise his rights and it's part of due process, which everyone's afforded. The real question is why the big Rush???   26. It's not take his side on this issue, Trumps asking the supreme court to intervene. The 10 circuit court erred in their decision to not allow the Special Master to complete his examination of the documents. The argument the D.O.J. is using is basically the urgency to continue their investigation, but we have to remember why the Special Master was brought in for, it's Bias,personal records and transparency. The D.O.J.s argument doesn't hold water when bias is the main reason Trump was granted the Special Master. The powers at be have shown in court that they've outright lied to advance an investigation against Trump, multiple times and because we're talking about a president of the United States of America, just on that alone is grounds for a review of a Special Master. So what we have here is long actively standing bias proven in a court of law, and this bias was held by both individuals responsible for the moving of the warrant, that alone should end this case, but it's not. There's the handling of the actual search, the failure of the agent in charge of the search to document the evidence before it left Mar a Lago. If anything thing, they could of simply went through, and starting at #1 went through and marked each individual page regardless of order to preserve the Chain of Custody which they didn't do, infact they didn't even know about these letters from Kim Jung, the National archives had to inquire about them. That's why the unredacted copy of the search warrant is so important. This is another mistake that kills their case against Trump. We have this and the warrant, and the court by law, to remedy these violations, each is to exclude all evidence of the seized material and/ or documents regardless of classification. Trump is a President of the United States, that alone should warrant the Special Master. The other thing everyone seems to forget is the D.O.J. agreed to the Special Master so why all of a sudden is it a matter of urgency to side step that process simply because he needs to continue his his investigation? I mean it's not like Trump is going anywhere. It seems again, that the D.O.J. is being political, the only reason to speed this investigation along is to tarnish Trump, hence cast a Shadow on the Republican party and by Malicious Prosecution hopefully secure the Democratic Party a win in November and 2024. All eyes will be on this decision,if it's not a fair & just one it will rip this Country apart.

Whether I can or can't distinguish which one is real or not, like the Legacy Fake News or any other source of information, I as a individual would not rely on one source of information to make a judgement. One of the first things that would alarm me as an Individual seeking the Truth in information would be those who warn me that any information out there is questionable to the content that they deem official and or accurate, is immediately suspect. The Legacy Fake News, and the list is Long, firmly fits in this category. Secondly, taking this first step into consideration, I look to differing views on actual events and see if I can find anything that differentiates the information between the reporting agencys, whether government, civilian and or for profit publications. Thats approximately 30% of my due diligence, already by now, the whole of the Legacy News has failed to report the accurate chain of events and in concert, has become unified in reporting the same story with absolutely no difference in content. No critical questioning of events or how they arrive at an conclusion. Its like watching the same movie on a different channel and expecting a different outcome. Its not insanity! Its a narrative they persist on pushing regardless if it falls apart before their eyes, like Jan. 6th. By this time it's relatively easy to connect A to B and C to D etc.... but if you care, like whether or not your car is stolen and the fact that you might not be able to get to work or not. The simplicity of finding News sources available, whether on the Internet, personal accounts or the myriad of actual unbias news available at your fingertips, raises a high level of concern about what's being literally force fed us by the Legacy News Media. Now the part thats the objective of the push behind the Legacy News Media, and call it want you want, Deep State, Radical Progressive Left Democrats, Radical Left Liberals and our best friends the Traitorous RINOs that reside in the Den of Thieves, is whether the content is malleable to the Narrative they've created and whether or not its palpable for the, only by arrogance, ignorant everyday American?
