Mr. Homan, I'd like to bring to your attention in hopes of assisting you in Deportation efforts, in San Diego, CA., Fiesta Island is 500 acres surrounded by water with only 1 two lane road onto the Island. It is a park with No commercial use and is perfect as a Detention Camp for Illegal Aliens. This would greatly reduce costs, i.e. No Security Fencing and Minimal Security for incoming and out going Transport. Makes Sense, Reduces Cost and is Secure. -&++7
