  1. China never confiscated any country 's assets. By the way, Chinese debt to Sri Lanka is only 11%. Rest crippling debt is from the west.

  2.  @h.k48  China has 5% and world bank and IMF has 25-30%. That's why they are called criminal branch of USA to keep the poor countries poor. That's why South Asia countries are moving towards China for development except India.
