  3. in japan, korea or russia this is happens all the time. you can leave a suitcase on the railway platform in china and no one will ever touch it. because it's a crime.

  4. actually i wouldn't recommend you to touch anything that doesn't belong to you. because first it can be a set up, second the owner might accuse you of stealing something from the purse/bag. and you will be in a serious trouble.
