  1. I love most all of Dru's podcasts. He has the ability to bring the best info out of every interviewee. And I did struggle to try to stick to this one, just in case some gems were up for offer. But I had to stop when the bogus blue zones were brought up. SMH 🤦

  3.  @user-us1vg3bp9v  I too developed a huge kidney stone drinking green smoothies with peanut butter. Ugh! Still dealing with oxalate issues. Scheduled for a parathyroidectomy soon.😢 But I still love veggies. I tried carnivore....lasted 2 days. Too restrictive. But I do now avoid oxalate laden foods. Sally K. Norton's new book is helpful. "Toxic Superfoods."
