He said: 'On that day they will be few, and most of them will be in Baitul-Maqdiss (Jerusalem), and their Imaam (Leader) will be a righteous man. When their leader has stepped forward to lead them in subh (Fajr or Dawn) prayer, Eessa Ibnu Maryam will come down to them. Their leader will step backwards so that Eessa can come forward and lead the people in prayer, but Eessa will place his hand between his shoulders and say to him: "Go forward and pray, for the Iqaamah was given for you." Then their leader will lead them in prayer. When he has finished, Eessa, will say: "Open the gate." So they will open it and behind it will be the the Dajjaal with seventy thousand Jews, each of them carrying an adorned sword and wearing a greenish cloak. When the Dajjal looks at him, he will start to melt as salt melts in water. He will run away, and Eessa will say: "I have only one blow for you, which you will not be able to escape!" He will catch up with him at the eastern gate of Ludd, and will kill him.

Then We (Allaah) gave back to you a return victory over them. And We reinforced you with wealth and sons and made you more numerous in manpower. "If you (Jews) do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, [you do it] to yourselves." Then when the final promise becomes due, [We (Allaah) shall send out your enemies] to sadden your faces and to enter the Massjid (Al-Aqssaa), as they entered it the first time, and to destroy (your) haughtiness with [total] destruction. It may be that your (Jews') Lord (Allaah) will have mercy on you, but if you repeat (the crime) We (Allaah) shall repeat (the punishment), and We (Allaah) have appointed Jahannam a dungeon for the disbelievers.
