Allah is Greater. Allah said: وَإِذَا أَرَدْنَا أَنْ نُهْلِكَ قَرْيَةً أَمَرْنَا مُتْرَفِيهَا فَفَسَقُوا فِيهَا فَحَقَّ عَلَيْهَا الْقَوْلُ فَدَمَّرْنَاهَا تَدْمِيرًا Quraan 17:16. And when We (Allah) decide to destroy a town (population), We send a definite order (to obey Allah and be righteous) to those among them who lead a life of luxury. Then, they transgress therein, and thus the word (of torment) is justified against it (them). Then We destroy it with complete destruction. {58} وَإِنْ مِنْ قَرْيَةٍ إِلَّا نَحْنُ مُهْلِكُوهَا قَبْلَ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ أَوْ مُعَذِّبُوهَا عَذَابًا شَدِيدًا كَانَ ذَلِكَ فِي الْكِتَابِ مَسْطُورًا There is not a village (population, nation) but We (Allah) shall cause it to perish before the Day of Judgment or punish it with a dreadful torment: that is written in the (eternal) Record.

  4.  thangstheking  The dumb are the disbelievers: {6} وَلِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِرَبِّهِمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ For those who reject their Lord (Allaah) is the torment of Jahannam: and evil is (such) destination. {7} إِذَا أُلْقُوا فِيهَا سَمِعُوا لَهَا شَهِيقًا وَهِيَ تَفُورُ When they are cast therein, they will hear the (terrible) drawing in of its breath even as it blazes forth, {8} تَكَادُ تَمَيَّزُ مِنَ الْغَيْظِ كُلَّمَا أُلْقِيَ فِيهَا فَوْجٌ سَأَلَهُمْ خَزَنَتُهَا أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ نَذِيرٌ Almost bursting with fury: every time a Group is cast therein, its Keepers will ask, "Did no Warner come to you?" {9} قَالُوا بَلَى قَدْ جَاءَنَا نَذِيرٌ فَكَذَّبْنَا وَقُلْنَا مَا نَزَّلَ اللَّهُ مِنْ شَيْءٍ إِنْ أَنْتُمْ إِلَّا فِي ضَلَالٍ كَبِيرٍ They will say: "Yes indeed; a Warner did come to us, but we rejected him and said, `Allaah never sent down any (Message): ye are in nothing but an egregious delusion!'" {10} وَقَالُوا لَوْ كُنَّا نَسْمَعُ أَوْ نَعْقِلُ مَا كُنَّا فِي أَصْحَابِ السَّعِيرِ They will further say: "Had we but listened or used our intelligence/reason/sense, we would not (now) be among the Companions of the Blazing Fire!" {11} فَاعْتَرَفُوا بِذَنْبِهِمْ فَسُحْقًا لِأَصْحَابِ السَّعِيرِ They will then confess their guilt: but far will be (Forgiveness) from the Companions of the Blazing Fire.

Verily, Allah will admit those who believe and do righteous deeds to Gardens beneath which rivers flow; while those who reject Allah will enjoy (this world) and eat as cattle eat; but the Fire will be their abode. And (all) the Most Beautiful Names belong to Allah, so call on Him by them (such names), and leave the company of those who BELIE or DENY (or utter impious speech against) His Names. They will be requited for what they used to do.

This is nothing but the tales of the ancients." Quraan 16:24. And when it is said to them: "What is it that your Lord (Allah) has sent down (unto Muhammad)?" They (disbelievers) say: "Tales of the men of old!" Quraan 25:5. And they (disbelievers) say: "Tales of the ancients, which he (Muhammad) has written down: and they are dictated to him morning and afternoon." Quraan 46:11. And those who disbelieve say of those who believe: "Had it (Islamic Monotheism) been a good thing, they would not have preceded us thereto!" And when they have not let themselves be guided by it (the Quraan), they say: "This is an ANCIENT LIE!" Quraan 65:15. When Our (Allah's) Verses (of the Quraan) are recited to him (disbeliever), he says: "Tales of the men of old!"
