This name was given to him by Allaah. إِذْ قَالَتِ الْمَلائِكَةُ يَا مَرْيَمُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُبَشِّرُكِ بِكَلِمَةٍ مِنْهُ اسْمُهُ الْمَسِيحُ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ وَجِيهًا فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ وَمِنَ الْمُقَرَّبِينَ Quraan 3:45. The fictitious character called Jesus came into existence only after Al-Masseeh Eessa ibnu Maryam, a Prophet and Messenger of Allaah, was raised to the third heaven by Allaah. The divine message which Allaah revealed to Al-Masseeh Eessa ibnu Maryam under the name Al-Injeel was corrupted to accommodate new concepts (such as the Father and the Son). The result is a fake character named Jesus and a few Gospels under the name New Testament.

Verily, We (Allaah), it is We Who have sent down the Quraan, and surely We will guard it (from corruption), (preserve it intact).

  7. كُلُّ نَفْسٍ ذَائِقَةُ الْمَوْتِ وَإِنَّمَا تُوَفَّوْنَ أُجُورَكُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَمَنْ زُحْزِحَ عَنِ النَّارِ وَأُدْخِلَ الْجَنَّةَ فَقَدْ فَازَ وَمَا الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا إِلا مَتَاعُ الْغُرُورِ. Every being shall taste death. And only on the Day of Resurrection shall you be paid your wages in full. And whoever is removed away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise, he indeed is successful. The life of this world is only the enjoyment of deception (a deceiving thing). كُلُّ نَفْسٍ ذَائِقَةُ الْمَوْتِ وَنَبْلُوكُمْ بِالشَّرِّ وَالْخَيْرِ فِتْنَةً وَإِلَيْنَا تُرْجَعُونَ . Every being is going to taste death, and We (Allah) shall make a trial of you with evil and with good. And to Us (Allah) you will be returned. كُلُّ نَفْسٍ ذَائِقَةُ الْمَوْتِ ثُمَّ إِلَيْنَا تُرْجَعُونَ Every being shall taste death. Then unto Us (Allah) you shall be returned.

As a name, Allaah is mentioned in the ARABIC BIBLE 2,245 times; and it is mentioned in the Quraan 2,153 times. Yahweh is mentioned in the Arabic Bible 14 times only. God is the deity believed to have begotten a son or that he is a composite of three gods together forming the one god in trinity. Allaah has no partners, associates or sons. Also Allaah is one beyond division. Allaah begets not and never was begotten. Allaah is the Creator.

  9. وَوَهَبْنَا لَهُ إِسْحَاقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ وَجَعَلْنَا فِي ذُرِّيَّتِهِ النُّبُوَّةَ وَالْكِتَابَ وَآتَيْنَاهُ أَجْرَهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَإِنَّهُ فِي الآخِرَةِ لَمِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ 27. And We (Allaah) bestowed on him (Ibraaheem), Iss-haaq and Ya‘qoob, and We (Allaah) ordained among his (Ibraaheem's) offspring Prophethood and the Book, and We (Allaah) granted him (Ibraaheem) his reward in this world; and verily, in the Hereafter he (Ibraaheem) is indeed among the righteous.
