{4} وَقَضَيْنَا إِلَى بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ فِي الْكِتَابِ لَتُفْسِدُنَّ فِي الْأَرْضِ مَرَّتَيْنِ وَلَتَعْلُنَّ عُلُوًّا كَبِيرًا
And We (Allah) decreed to the Children of Israel in the Book, that twice would they do mischief on the earth and be elated with mighty arrogance!
{5} فَإِذَا جَاءَ وَعْدُ أُولَاهُمَا بَعَثْنَا عَلَيْكُمْ عِبَادًا لَنَا أُولِي بَأْسٍ شَدِيدٍ فَجَاسُوا خِلَالَ الدِّيَارِ وَكَانَ وَعْدًا مَفْعُولًا
When the first of the warnings came to pass, We (Allah) sent against you (Children of Israel) Our servants given to terrible warfare. They entered the very inmost parts of your homes; and it was a warning (completely) fulfilled.
{6} ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَا لَكُمُ الْكَرَّةَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَأَمْدَدْنَاكُمْ بِأَمْوَالٍ وَبَنِينَ وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ أَكْثَرَ نَفِيرًا
Then did We (Allah) grant you (Children of Israel) the Return as against them (our slaves): We gave you increase in resources and sons, and made you the more numerous in man-power.
{7} إِنْ أَحْسَنْتُمْ أَحْسَنْتُمْ لِأَنْفُسِكُمْ وَإِنْ أَسَأْتُمْ فَلَهَا فَإِذَا جَاءَ وَعْدُ الْآخِرَةِ لِيَسُوءُوا وُجُوهَكُمْ وَلِيَدْخُلُوا الْمَسْجِدَ كَمَا دَخَلُوهُ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَلِيُتَبِّرُوا مَا عَلَوْا تَتْبِيرًا
If ye (Children of Israel) did well, ye did well for yourselves; if ye did evil, (ye did it) against yourselves. So when the second promise will come to pass, (We/Allah shall permit our slaves/your enemies) to disfigure your faces, and to enter the Masjed as they had entered it before, and to subdue your arrogance.
{8} عَسَى رَبُّكُمْ أَنْ يَرْحَمَكُمْ وَإِنْ عُدْتُمْ عُدْنَا وَجَعَلْنَا جَهَنَّمَ لِلْكَافِرِينَ حَصِيرًا
It may be that your (Children of Israel's) Lord (Allah) may (yet) show Mercy unto you; but if ye revert (to your sins) We (Allah) shall revert (to Our punishments): and We have made Hell a prison for the disbelievers.

In your previous comment you mentioned the "Israelies" (Israelis), not the historical Jews.
You have evaded giving an answer to my question. The fact is that these 'Israelies' started the shooting when they established the State of Israel.
Why were 'The Jews' largely: "killed off or driven out of most places where there is Islam"?
Because the Jews declared war against Allah:
Quraan 4:155. Because of their breaking the covenant, and of their rejecting the verses of Allah, and of their killing the Prophets unjustly, and of their saying: "Our hearts are wrapped - nay, Allah has set a seal upon their hearts because of their disbelief, so they believe not but a little. 156. And because of their (Jews) disbelief and uttering against Mary a grave false charge; 157. And because of their saying (in boast), "We killed Al-Masseeh Eessa son of Maryam, the Messenger of Allah," - but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but it appeared so to them; and those who differ therein are full of doubts. They have no (certain) knowledge; they follow nothing but conjecture. For surely, they killed him not. 158. But Allah raised him (Eessa son of Maryam) up unto Himself. And Allah is Ever All-Powerful, All-Wise.
Allah's response:
Quraan 7:167 And when your (Muhammad's) Lord (Allah) declared that He would certainly keep on sending against them (Jews) till Doomsday, those who would afflict them with a humiliating torment. Verily, your Lord is quick in Retribution and certainly He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. 168. And We (Allah) have broken them (Jews) up into various separate groups on the earth: some of them are righteous and some are away from that. And We (Allah) tried them with good and evil in order that they might turn (to the Obedience of Allah).

What do you call the human beings whom Israel is persecuting?
If you believe that there is no Palestine and there is no Palestinian people, then you have to believe that there is in Jerusalem a House of Allaah called 'Al-Masjed Al-Aqssaa' which is mentioned in the divine decree relating to the Children of Israel:
