Your bias against the Arabic language mislead you to considering millions of Arab Christians and Jews to be non-existent. You should know that as a name, Allah is mentioned in the ARABIC BIBLE 2,245 times; and it is mentioned in the Quraan 2,153 times. Yahweh is mentioned in the Arabic Bible 14 times only. 2) How do you know that 'Alah' is Arabic? What is the Arabic word for 'Alah'? Do you speak Arabic? How do you know tat 'Alah' came around 620? I am Muslim and Arab, but I do not know the word 'Alah' and I do not use such a non-existent word.
