You should always remember the following: - Islam is not the Muslims, or those who claim to be Muslims, or those who are presented as Muslims. - Islam is the religion of Allah, the Creator and Possessor of the heavens and the earth. - Your country belongs to Allah. Nobody should demand the ousting of the creation of Allah, Muslims or otherwise, from a country on a racial or religious pretexts. - Believe me you are subject to the divine test. Allah is collecting evidence as to how people treat his creation. Such evidence will be used for or against people on the Day of Judgment. People will be rewarded or punished accordingly.

What he did is to present a whimsical conclusion of his own on the basis of partitioning one verse and quoting the words that serve his ill purposes. I have noticed that your comment does not appear on this thread: "Mohammad Doofesh Well, since whole Quran is basically imprecise it might mean a lot of things when you don't add next verses to see what the context is about. But, here are some translations: "Freedom from obligation (is proclaimed) from Allah and His messenger toward those of the idolaters with whom ye made a treaty." Will the children in captive, held by Muslims, won't be allowed to go to worship according with their religion, if they will be peaceful toward Muslims? 9:28 says it is the final year polytheist are allowed to come near the main point of their religious rites. Why? Quran says that it is because they are unclean and Muslims are the only ones allowed to go there." My reply is the following: - You have no right to qualify the Quraan, such as saying that "it is basically imprecise". - You are conducting a dishonest discussion being a disbeliever in the Quraan. - Verse 1 of Chapter 9 is limited by parties, time, and place: The parties are Allah, Allah's Messenger, Muslims alive upon the revelation of this verse, and the associaters who had concluded treaties with the newly-formed Muslim society. The time is that of the revelation of the verse plus 4 moth's respite granted to the disbelievers. The place is the town of Madeenah where the Muslim society has been established.

Your quoting the Quraan initially was to prove that it is not "tolerating people of other religions" and that it is "stopping their religious rites".

If the third Caliph ordered expulsion of non-believers from Arabia because the Prophet gave such command, it is because Allah gave all commands and commandments. As a disbeliever you are challenging Allah's divine right to administer the universe which He created: قَدْ نَعْلَمُ إِنَّهُ لَيَحْزُنُكَ الَّذِي يَقُولُونَ فَإِنَّهُمْ لا يُكَذِّبُونَكَ وَلَكِنَّ الظَّالِمِينَ بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ يَجْحَدُونَ. Quraan 6:33. We (Allah) know indeed the grief which their (disbelievers') words cause you (O Muhammad): It is not you that they belie, but it is the Verses (the Quraan) of Allah that the wrong-doers deny. وَلَقَدِ اسْتُهْزِئَ بِرُسُلٍ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ فَحَاقَ بِالَّذِينَ سَخِرُوا مِنْهُمْ مَا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِئُونَ. Quraan 6:10. And indeed (many) Messengers before you were mocked at, but their scoffers were surrounded by the very thing that they used to mock at.

O you who believe! Verily, the associaters are impure(spiritually). So let them not come near Al-Masjidal-Harâm (at Makkah) after this year; and if you fear poverty, Allâh will enrich you if He wills, out of His Bounty. Surely, Allâh is All-Knowing, All-Wise.

I remind you that neither you nor Rahul Pandey has given me a specific example of how Muslims create problems for/by themselves, and pretend that they are innocent. Islam is not the Muslims or those who claim to be Muslims or those who are presented as Muslims. Also, Muslim interpretation of the divine word of Allah is not binding on Allah. Let Muslims and non-Muslims act the way they like; Allah will summon everybody to accountability on the Day of Judgment.
