  1. WHY? Families flee because they are now being hostage to terrorist groups in Eastern Ghouta and they are being used as human shields. WHERE TO? Families flee to nearby areas controlled by the Syrian government. These people have been invited to use safe corridors out of the areas controlled by the terrorists, but these terrorists have not allowed a single person to escape.
