This tulip shape is the name of Allaah in an ornamental design. The promise of Allaah will be effected while the Jewish state's promise will be defective.

It may be that your (Jews') Lord (Allaah) will have mercy on you, but if you repeat (the crime) We (Allaah) shall repeat (the punishment), and We (Allaah) have appointed Jahannam a dungeon for the disbelievers.
