  1. I appreciate following your commentary on the tear down of this engine (including the recommendations on changing out the rockers/rollers and lifters. Curious about the phaser/chains/tensioner etc parts. Did you use Ford OEM parts or otherwise? I'm babying along my 5.4 3valve too (at 115,000 mi) using good lubrication and frequent (3,000 mi/6 month) oil change schedule. Thx Ray.
