  1. Russia has already rebuild the city of Mariopol that has been destroyed during the war. So when will the US rebuild Mosul, Raqqa and Falluja? By the way, Russia doesn’t use cluster weapons and they will clean up the mines because it’s their country and territory with majority ethnic Russian population.
