There was a mass mobilization in LNR and DPR in February before the Military Operation. Not all of them are professional soldiers, although a lot of them became good soldiers during the 8 years of the conflict. The Russian troops in Ukraine are all professional soldiers who have contracts with the army and have been training for a very long time. A lot of young people show up to the recruitment centres in Donbass without being drafted. There were 5 million refugees who already left for Russia since 2014. The people who remained were willing to fight. It’s Ukraine that has an order not to let men of military age leave the country and about 5 million refugees have left Ukraine for EU countries already, So you ether don’t know the facts or deliberately trying to portray a false picture.
