  3. So where is China in all of this? Completely MIA. They have 1.4M population and they can't send a few thousand elite soldiers to Africa to help the Russians? I guess they don't have enough money or people or they have more important things to do. During the Nixon administration, China was too happy to make trade deals with the US in the 1970s to screw over the Soviet Union. With friends like that...
