@woodsplitter3578 What communism? Workers in charge of the government or workers in charge of the means of production? In China, workers' wages increased 4x in 20 years and in Canada, the billionaires went from 20 to over 100. Same thing everywhere in the collective West. You need to read some books.

The government is not far left. Far left are socialists or communists. The Communist Party in Canada can't stand Trudeau coz he only works for 1%.

@crusader_2028 "The typical "worker" still can't afford a family home in China." This is a lie. Well, actually most Chinese workers can afford a home in their youth unlike in Canada in the US. What good is it if I am making $30/hr if the houses in my area are $1M or more? China went from the poorest country in the world to a superpower in 70 years while the US and the "liberal democracies" could barely produce growth of 2%/year while China was able to do 6%-9% GDP growth a year for the last 20 years. Again, China went from the poorest country in the world to a superpower that built 50k miles of high-speed railway, infrastructure with giant train/subway stations, airports, and ports.
