Problem: UNTIL the person WANTS to change, going to therapy (and subsequent drugs for coping, which can incur LT mental damage) will NEVER accomplish change....as the journey WILL get increasingly more difficult before things ever improve. Note: 80% of antidepressant prescriptions are for women (realtime data from a pharmacist). It is what it is.....
