I escaped an abusive relationship. I know the patterns. I see what they are doing. It is abuse. Abuse doesn't stop when you give in to the abuser. It gets worse!

Here is some advice. Firstly: Don't allow hate to overcome your compassion. They are afraid. They don't hate you, they hate what they falsely believe you represent. Secondly: remember what is at stake. Be clear in your heart and mind. If we don't stand now, we die on our knees. Ashamed and powerless. Third: learn from history, don't repeat it. Do not march quietly and defeated into the gas Chambers. Four: get organised and have layers of protection and insurance.

I agree. Although I prefer the expression, 'grow strong'... Or 'grow stronger'... So when we are feeling weak (everyone does sometimes) we can feel inspired, not as though we are behind. :) Every living thing is weak, fragile and vulnerable (it's all relative), that doesn't mean helpless or hopeless. Please remind yourself and others of that, when you or they feel weak.

Jabbed people can still transmit the virus

Teach them about marketing.. In particular neuro linguistic programming. This will help immunise them against propaganda.

Practice, at every opportunity :) Small habits add up.

@joenathan8059 no worries, take care :)

Thankyou Bjorn.

@wireman4029 YouTube still allows access to many good channels, such as this one and "Townsend and son" (historic cooking and making etc) and many other small yet passionate producers of quality information content :)

I've struggled with anxiety my entire life. Years ago I discovered 'prepping'. I went from 'what's the worst thing that could happen' leading me to very imaginative horror to 'shit happens, what can I do to better my odds of a positive outcome?' Personally I have found that helpful. I agree with everything you said Bjorn.. I just come at it from a slightly different perspective. I grew up without security. That impacted things alot. Early childhood homelessness, single Mum, no healthy male role models I could depend on etc. Because of those challenges I've had to relearn alot. I've had to 'reparent' myself alot. We all do the best we can, with what we have. So often though, we can fall into the fear trap. The 'it's scary and out of my control and influence' trap. Just like that fable about the circus elephant. As a baby it learnt it couldn't escape. As an adult it assumed it still couldn't, so never tried. I love your soothing, earthy, strong, mindful videos of wisdom Bjorn. Thankyou for the time you take to create them :)

@anthonymurray742 condolences. Tasmania is a beautiful place for such a trip. I'm on the mainland, but know a few folk in Tassie. Now is the time to live well, for both of you. She's with you always, you know that. Laugh. Experience the joy and relief, her discomfort is over. She can be at peace now.

@antpoo who do you trust your dependance to? The wolves or the sheepdogs? The wolves aim to feast on you, at your expense. The sheepdogs aim to protect you.

@jainy rainy sounds like you are in a mental space of victim Hood and helplessness at the moment. All this stress and worry has lead many down that path. I learnt a valuable lesson years ago when I escaped domestic abuse... When you give in, they don't stop abusing you, they get worse. When you fight back they aim to dull your will. Your will is your most powerful asset. That's why they target it. Because they fear it. Find your will, fuel your will.

A 72 hour bag is not a bug out bag. It is for the less experienced/less hardcore IMHO... Like myself... Used for emergency evacuation on a local scale. For example during a bushfire threat. To evacuate and potentially stay elsewhere in a hotel, camping on a community oval in a safer area, camping in the car... That sort of thing.

@sithounetsith9877 accurate. The bully will be so confident of their strength, they will convince those around them they are unbeatable. Until one stands up. After that, more will stand behind them. It's a confidence 'game'.

Bjorn, Sir.. We've never met. Probably never will. I live on the other side of the world. In Australia. I'm in my early 40s, I grew up in a different time and culture to you. Yet every time you speak in this way your observations reflect and confirm my own. Years before I discovered your channel I was noticing these same trends, patterns and ominous premonitions plagued me. Yet every day I see others like you and I. People with nothing in common except values, awareness and critical thinking skills. Values chosen by the individual living by them. Not told to them. Not values dictated or bullied. Values chosen by free will. There is a powerful kind of 'Magic' in Values chosen by an individuals free will. When we remain loyal and accountable to our values and we hold our values accountable for there outcomes, we grow in strength, resolve and resilience. The only 'perfect' people are self delusional. The only 'perfect' system is dishonest and blind to it's own shortcomings. Bless you Bjorn. These videos and the stoic values behind them lend strength, resolve and kinship :)

@Niels357 just some friendly feedback, your comments will be much easier to read if you add some paragraphs /spacing :) I found them a bit difficult to follow.

Well if you come across Canadian Prepper, explore trade and team work viability options... Check out his channel on yt. He seems level headed.

@skychanges9197 many in the city cannot reach the woods due to police and military stopping them. I wish I was joking. Thankfully I am not in one of those areas. *if* I took a walk in the woods I *may* leave my smartphone and devices at home.

I agree. The ignorance and willful blindness is painful and heartbreaking.

Water is strong :) I agree, we grow strong... We are not always strong.

Great talk Bjorn, I agree it's long overdue.

Is now a good time to lose body fat? Obesity isn't healthy, however having extra body fat while being healthy and fit surely is wise given the potential for significant weight loss to come?

Teach them joy. They will need to know it well and spread it far.

I love the way you say things like 'perhaps' and 'I don't know' Bjorn. It is a sign of intelligence and integrity the way you use those terms. When you say, 'I know', it is sincere.
