  3. I for one would like the health insurance industry to be better explained to the public in a comprehensive manner. We can do our own research, but we don't believe the insurance companies and their data. There are sooo many unhappy customers. Are ALL of them unreasonable? There are lots of wealthy insurance executives out there.
