After cutting my food comsumption back more than 50%, cutting out junk, drinking more pure water, and losing 60 lbs. in the last year, I really believe the average US citizen could cut their calories in half and be fine. Just make them good calories. No McDonalds. Less pizza. Walk every day for at least 45 minutes. Sugar is the enemy.

  4. This should be a topic of conversation daily. But no, MSM wants us to know what Hollywood and music stars are doing minute by minute. As a substitute teacher I tell kids of all grades they must educate themselves. The school system doesn't care about them. The individual teachers usually do, but the administrators do not. The information is out there, go get it!
