Well LSA... currently coming to ypu from ER waiting room. I had my first panic attack! Likely from my dad dying on friday...Friday.... wow..... was trying to fall asleep and suddenly started gasping for air, like a fish out of water. Like I could only fill 10% of my lungs. Fortunately, wife is a doctor. Not that she could do much aside from telling me it's ok. But paramedics came, whole 9 yards. I'm apparently fine. Just .... had a panic attack.

@realmattblev thank you, sir! Very strange! I'm not prone at all to panic attacks etc... and when I was working, I instilled panic in others. Perfectly fine now. Consensus is that it was from having to let my dad go. Thanks again!

@salyluz6535 thanks lsa! Still sorting out these random panic attacks. Very strange... helps to know they aren't dangerous just annoying. My subconscious will sort it out eventually.
