For the disease to have such a dramatically debilitating effect - it requires the infected and the potentially infected and those wanting to be infected, to - reject the wearing of protective masks, to mix in close contact, with like simple-minded people, to refuse vaccination - in other words - clubbing, raves, demonstrations, marches, rioting in public parks, brawling in public places and referring to intelligent people as "sheep".
