  1. Why should anybody, quite deliberately, abrogate, their responsibility to OTHER people, by refusing a vaccination - and then expect to fly on a plane, board a train, drive a car, or mix in pubs and restaurants, where they could pass on infection? The big problem, at the moment is, this social media hysteria promoting a selfish notion of "my rights"! YOU are not the centre of the world! You are not even the centre of your OWN world - you have friends and family, who care about you and rely on you. Do you care so little about them that you are willing to risk ALL - for some silly notion, gleaned from social media? In this pandemic, the "R", word that is most important is Responsibility - NOT Rights. (The abuse of the word - "rights" - in the social media sense, implies doing what you want, when you want and to whom you want, without considering or being responsible, for the consequences. An incredibly and unjustifiably selfish, hedonistic approach that is unsustainable, in society. Immature and unworkable) Like it or not - if you want to be a part of society and mix with other people socially, you need to understand that you have a responsibility to THEM as they do, to you. THEY have a "right" not to be infected, by you. (That's using the word in it's proper context). If for whatever reason, you erroneously decide not to be vaccinated - don't expect to feel welcome, in places where you could pass on an asymptomatic (to you), deadly pathogen. For various physiological reasons, people in their twenties and thirties (those most vocal about "rights", "no vaccine" e.t.c.), are CURRENTLY less affected by Covid. THAT IS NOT A LONG TERM SITUATION! Be warned! The problem is that, like all life, the virus is susceptible to random mutation - we have seen the new variants, that luckily seem to be, in the main, controlled by the current vaccines. Eventually, with huge crowds of unvaccinated people mixing and breathing the same air, a mutation could, in all likelihood emerge that, is very virulent and is able to overcome the current natural immunity in (only SOME!) younger people. There is NO reason epidemiologically, to think that cannot and will not happen. The more, the socialising, the more likely it is, that a dangerous mutant form of Covid will arise, that CAN attack younger people. Why should it not? When that variant, takes hold, this will then become a disease, of the young. Many will die because they refused vaccination, for the original dominant variants. Those already immunised, will have a defence - they will already have antibodies, that will lesson the effects of the NEW strain of the virus and will respond to boosters. The unvaccinated, will go through the horrors that have been suffered by those made very poorly or were killed, by the first and second waves. Our friend - aged 35 (and due to be married this year), died during the first wave - alone and petrified. He could not even see nor speak, on the phone to his fiancee, due to the tubes, machines and respirator, trying to keep him alive. He died, miserably, without them even saying "Goodbye" to each other. I dare not repeat here, what she thinks about Covid deniers and "anti-vaxers", represent the lowest form of life, to her. DO NOT BE AFRAID! It's nothing like the big needles, you had at school........... The needle is so tiny - it can hardly be felt. The lies and nonsense, first promoted, by nitwits on social media, who from the start, understood nothing and were scare-mongering (some of them did it "for kicks - apparently), is just that - lies and nonsense. The vaccine is designed to ONLY protect you from the virus. Nothing else!! And it is working - it is effective. It will not hurt, it won't take long - you do NOT have a right to refuse it - you have a responsibility, an obligation, to everyone - to make yourself safe. It will also increase your life-expectancy, which without the vaccine, is VERY limited.

It will also increase your life-expectancy, which without the vaccine, is VERY limited. p.s. it's not "coroni" and the vaccine does work - sorry you don't understand things.

  22. Be warned!
