  1. The firefighter is a criminal and deserves fines like the car owner. He only did it to be a tough guy in front of the other firefighters; in reality, people like this does not need to be so-called professionals. Going from fire hydrant through the car windows caused restricted water flow; they should have just went in front of the car and fined the owner, again.
