  1. It looked like Dehart was protecting himself from being killed from the taser. You know a taser can kill someone with health problems, and besides, the suspect was compliant until the deputies started to elevate the situation, because Dehart was naturally in fear for his life. Remember, anytime you interact with an officer you never know if its going be your last breath you take.
