  1. Where is the body and dash cams? People, think about how manipulative the locality and the state is by withholding the cams from who they are supposed to be serving. Still, no probable motive is being presented to the citizens.

  3. ​ @christinamayorga3820 Driving erratically can be defined and looked at in different ways. One cop may see erratic driving with a motive, but another cop may not see erratic driving and have no motive.
