  1. At 8:55 , how does the homeless heroin addict outrun the hipster, and the cop while pushing a bike as he is running. SMH. I guess when you don't work, and spend all day looking for bikes to steal you have energy to spare. Cop should have tased him and lwr him hit the pavement. Maybe he will stop stealing bikes if there is a legitimate punishment.
