  2.  @karinaz8756  He still did th right thing in calling out his partner. We need more of this, where cops hold each other accountable. I agree the whole thing was unnecessary, but flicking a cigarette at anyone, especially a cop , is an act of aggression. She shouldn't be smoking when pregnant anyway.
